Building an ISO/IEC 42001-aligned AI governance portal for a Hong Kong food group
A controlled pilot brought AI opportunity intake, prioritization, project governance, SoA, issue reporting and audit records into one dedicated workflow.
The organization was building an internal AI-champion programme to collect opportunities across business teams. It needed a practical way to move from pain points and ideas into prioritized, owned and governed AI initiatives.
Governance could not sit in a separate compliance binder. Opportunity intake, delivery stages, human decisions, data ownership, controls and review evidence needed to stay connected throughout the initiative lifecycle.
Many ideas, no common path

We built a dedicated governance portal connecting pain-point intake, AI opportunity cards, feasibility and value prioritization, project stages, tasks and management review. Each initiative keeps its owner, decision points and supporting evidence visible.
The governance layer adds five operating principles, data-resource registration, risk and impact review, human oversight, an ISO/IEC 42001-aligned SoA, named issue reporting, role-based access, audit records and structured exports.
