A staged transformation connected operating workflows, field data and an AI opportunity roadmap for a large-scale olive business.
Peaktop operates a large-scale olive business in Sichuan, China, combining agricultural production with product and R&D ambitions. Operating information had to move across field work, procurement, inventory, logistics and management reporting.
The transformation was led from an operator's perspective: establish visibility and repeatable controls first, then prioritize AI opportunities against real operating constraints.
Manual, scattered records
Field, production, inventory and logistics information lived across spreadsheets, paper and separate processes.
Slow management visibility
Reports took time to assemble, making operating exceptions harder to review quickly.
Field data disconnected
Sensor and field information did not naturally flow into management decisions.

We designed a modular operating foundation covering recurring procurement, inventory, field reporting and approval workflows, with a clearer management view across the operation.
Field and IoT data were brought into the operating design, while an AI audit translated bottlenecks into a staged 90-day roadmap. The roadmap prioritized bounded pilots rather than assuming every opportunity required AI.
